Description
A creamy and refreshing dessert made with mango puree, milk, and sugar.
Ingredients

- 2 cups ripe mango puree
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Mix cornstarch with 1/4 cup milk to form a smooth paste.
- Heat remaining milk and sugar in a saucepan until sugar dissolves.
- Add cornstarch mixture and stir continuously until thickened.
- Remove from heat, add mango puree, vanilla, and salt.
- Pour into serving dishes and chill for at least 2 hours.
Notes
- Use ripe mangoes for best flavor.
- Adjust sugar based on mango sweetness.
- For vegan version, substitute milk with coconut milk.
