A creamy one-pan meal featuring seared salmon and tender orzo in a rich sun-dried tomato sauce.
Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup orzo
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Season salmon with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear salmon for 3 minutes per side, then remove.
- Add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes to the pan, cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in orzo, then pour in chicken broth and cream.
- Bring to a simmer, cook for 10 minutes until orzo is tender.
- Return salmon to the pan, cook for 2 more minutes.
- Garnish with basil and serve.
