Description

A sweet and creamy fruit salad with marshmallows and coconut, perfect for potlucks and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup maraschino cherries, drained and halved

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine pineapple, mandarin oranges, and marshmallows.
  2. Fold in sour cream gently until well mixed.
  3. Add shredded coconut and cherries, then stir lightly.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
