- 1 can (15 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup maraschino cherries, drained and halved
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine pineapple, mandarin oranges, and marshmallows.
- Fold in sour cream gently until well mixed.
- Add shredded coconut and cherries, then stir lightly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
- Add chopped nuts for extra crunch if desired.
