Instructions
- Combine olives, capers, and garlic in a food processor.
- Pulse until finely chopped.
- Add lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, and black pepper.
- Blend until smooth or leave slightly chunky if preferred.
- Transfer to a bowl and serve.
