Ingredients

  • 1 cup pitted black olives
  • 2 tbsp capers, drained
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine olives, capers, and garlic in a food processor.
  2. Pulse until finely chopped.
  3. Add lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, and black pepper.
  4. Blend until smooth or leave slightly chunky if preferred.
  5. Transfer to a bowl and serve.
