Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (cold, cubed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix blueberries, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Pour into a baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Cut in butter until crumbly.
  4. Sprinkle the oat mixture over the blueberries.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbling.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Use frozen blueberries if fresh are unavailable.
