A delicious caramel apple pie with a flaky crust and sweet caramel filling.
Ingredients

- 6 cups sliced apples
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 2 pie crusts
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and lemon juice.
- Roll out one pie crust and place in pie dish.
- Pour apple mixture into crust.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over apples.
- Dot with butter.
- Cover with second pie crust. Seal edges and cut vents.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes.
- Cool before serving.

- Let pie rest before slicing.
