Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Roll out puff pastry into a rectangle.
- Place sausage meat along one edge of the pastry.
- Roll the pastry over the sausage, sealing the edge with beaten egg.
- Cut into individual rolls.
- Brush with egg wash (egg + milk).
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
