- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet.
- Drain excess fat and add taco seasoning.
- Mix cooked pasta with seasoned beef.
- Stir in diced tomatoes and sour cream.
- Top with shredded cheese and green onions.
- Serve warm.
