- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken cubes, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes until browned.
- Add butter and minced garlic. Stir well.
- Cook for another 5 minutes until chicken is fully done.
- Sprinkle chopped parsley before serving.
