- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add shrimp, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until shrimp turn pink.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet for 30 seconds on each side.
- Fill each tortilla with shrimp, cabbage, tomatoes, and cilantro.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side.
