- 4 ears of corn, husks removed
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the garlic herb butter mixture evenly over each ear of corn.
- Place corn on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until lightly charred.
- Remove from grill and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the grilled corn before serving.
- If you don’t have a grill, you can cook the corn in a grill pan on the stove.
