Description

A simple and flavorful grilled corn recipe seasoned with garlic and herbs.


Ingredients

  • 4 ears of corn, husks removed
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush the garlic herb butter mixture evenly over each ear of corn.
  4. Place corn on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until lightly charred.
  5. Remove from grill and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the grilled corn before serving.
  • If you don’t have a grill, you can cook the corn in a grill pan on the stove.
