- 1 cup white frosting
- 12 mini marshmallows
- Black icing for eyes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add wet ingredients and stir until smooth.
- Pour batter into cupcake liners.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Let cupcakes cool completely.
- Frost each cupcake with white frosting.
- Place a marshmallow on top for the ghost head.
- Use black icing to draw eyes.
