Description

A hearty breakfast burrito filled with seasoned ground beef, scrambled eggs, cheese, and salsa. Quick to make and perfect for a filling start to your day.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook until soft.
  2. Add ground beef, cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  4. In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk. Scramble in a nonstick pan over low heat.
  5. Warm tortillas in a dry pan or microwave.
  6. Divide beef, scrambled eggs, cheese, and salsa among tortillas.
  7. Fold in sides, roll tightly. Serve immediately.
