A simple and delicious honey garlic glazed salmon recipe that’s perfect for a quick and healthy meal.
Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, black pepper, and salt.
- Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet. Brush half of the glaze over the salmon.
- Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and brush with remaining glaze.
- Bake for another 5-7 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use fresh salmon for best results.
- Adjust honey and soy sauce to taste.
- Serve with steamed vegetables or rice.
