Description

A simple and delicious honey garlic glazed salmon recipe that’s perfect for a quick and healthy meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet. Brush half of the glaze over the salmon.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and brush with remaining glaze.
  5. Bake for another 5-7 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
