- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Add crab meat, corn, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh crab meat for best results.
- Can substitute canned corn if fresh is unavailable.
- Serve with crackers, bread, or vegetable sticks.
