A creamy and cheesy hot dip with spinach and artichokes. Perfect for parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the spinach, artichoke hearts, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish.
  4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
  5. Serve warm with tortilla chips or bread.

Notes

  • You can use fresh spinach instead of frozen. Cook it first and squeeze out the water.
  • Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for heat.
