- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, mix the spinach, artichoke hearts, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or bread.
Notes
- You can use fresh spinach instead of frozen. Cook it first and squeeze out the water.
- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for heat.
