Description

Ingredients

  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 can (15 oz) creamed corn
  • 1 can (15 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the Jiffy mix, creamed corn, drained corn, melted butter, and sour cream. Stir until smooth.
  3. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish. Spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
  6. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
