- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: graham cracker crumbs for garnish
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth.
- Add sweetened condensed milk and key lime juice. Mix until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla to stiff peaks.
- Fold whipped cream into the lime mixture gently.
- Spoon the mousse into serving dishes.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Garnish with graham cracker crumbs before serving if desired.
Notes
- Use fresh key limes for the best flavor. Regular limes work too.
- You can store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- For a thicker mousse, chill longer.
