- 2 cups shredded leftover turkey
- 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce (whole or jellied)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix cranberry sauce and lemon juice in a small bowl. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine turkey, romaine, dried cranberries, Parmesan, and Caesar dressing. Toss well.
- Lay tortillas flat. Divide turkey mixture evenly among them.
- Drizzle cranberry-lemon dressing over each wrap.
- Fold in sides, then roll tightly. Cut in half and serve.
