Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded leftover turkey
  • 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce (whole or jellied)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix cranberry sauce and lemon juice in a small bowl. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine turkey, romaine, dried cranberries, Parmesan, and Caesar dressing. Toss well.
  3. Lay tortillas flat. Divide turkey mixture evenly among them.
  4. Drizzle cranberry-lemon dressing over each wrap.
  5. Fold in sides, then roll tightly. Cut in half and serve.
