Ingredients

- 2 heads romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup homemade croutons
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup crispy bacon bits
- 1 boiled egg, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Wash and chop romaine lettuce. Pat dry.
- Arrange lettuce on a large serving board.
- Top with croutons, Parmesan, tomatoes, bacon, egg, and red onion.
- Drizzle with Caesar dressing.
- Serve immediately with extra dressing on the side.
