Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  4. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
  5. Mix yogurt, lemon juice, and minced garlic for the sauce.
  6. Arrange cucumber, tomatoes, olives, and feta in bowls.
  7. Top with chicken slices and drizzle with yogurt sauce.
