Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix spinach, feta cheese, olive oil, and black pepper.
  3. Cut the puff pastry into 12 squares. Place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of each square.
  4. Fold each square diagonally to form a triangle. Press edges with a fork to seal. Brush tops with beaten egg.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Let cool before serving.
