Ingredients

- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp water
Instructions
- Combine miso paste, olive oil, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard in a bowl.
- Add minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and black pepper.
- Whisk until smooth.
- Gradually add water to reach desired consistency.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
Notes
- Adjust water for thinner or thicker dressing.
- Add anchovy paste for a traditional Caesar flavor.
