Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mix mashed bananas, melted butter, milk, egg, and vanilla in a bowl.
  3. Combine flour, sugars, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  4. Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Gently stir in blueberries.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool before slicing.
