- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a loaf pan.
- Mix mashed bananas, melted butter, milk, egg, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Combine flour, sugars, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
- Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just combined.
- Gently stir in blueberries.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool before slicing.
Notes
- Use ripe bananas for best sweetness.
- Toss blueberries in flour to prevent sinking.
