A creamy no-bake pie with layers of banana, caramel, and toasted pecans on a buttery crust. Perfect for a quick dessert without turning on the oven.

- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3 medium ripe bananas, sliced
- ½ cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie pan. Freeze for 15 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip cream to stiff peaks. Fold into cream cheese mixture.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Layer banana slices on top. Drizzle with half the caramel sauce and sprinkle half the pecans.
- Spread remaining cream cheese mixture over bananas. Top with remaining caramel and pecans.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use a gluten-free crust if needed.
- Toast pecans in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until fragrant.
- Store leftovers in the fridge up to 3 days.
