- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice

- 1/2 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter.
- Press mixture into the bottom of cups.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, and zest until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream.
- Spoon filling over crust.
- Chill for 2 hours before serving.
