Description
A creamy no-churn ice cream with caramel apple pie filling. You can make it without an ice cream maker.
Ingredients

- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup apple pie filling, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Chill a large bowl and your mixer beaters in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- Pour heavy cream into the chilled bowl. Beat with mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until well combined.
- Fold in the chopped apple pie filling and caramel sauce. Do not overmix.
- Pour the mixture into a 9×5 inch loaf pan. Swirl extra caramel sauce on top if desired.
- Cover tightly with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm.
- Scoop and serve.
Notes
- Use room temperature apple pie filling for easier mixing.
- Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before scooping.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
