- 2 cups fresh pineapple, diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Dice the pineapple, red onion, red bell pepper, and jalapeño.
- Chop the cilantro finely.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Squeeze lime juice over the mixture and sprinkle with salt.
- Toss gently to mix.
- Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
