- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.
- Mix oats and pumpkin seeds on a baking sheet. Toast for 8 minutes.
- In a saucepan, warm honey and peanut butter over low heat. Stir until smooth.
- Combine toasted oats, pumpkin seeds, cranberries, and chocolate chips in a bowl.
- Pour the honey mixture over the dry ingredients. Mix well.
- Press the mixture firmly into the pan.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour. Cut into bars.

- Store bars in an airtight container for up to one week.
- You can substitute sunflower seeds for pumpkin seeds.
