- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250°F.
- Spread popcorn on a baking sheet.
- Combine brown sugar, butter, corn syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and salt in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil while stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and stir in baking soda.
- Pour mixture over popcorn and stir to coat evenly.
- Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Let cool completely before serving.
