A creamy, sweet hummus made with pumpkin puree and warm spices. Perfect for dipping fruit or pretzels.
Ingredients

- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons water (as needed)
Instructions
- Add chickpeas, pumpkin puree, tahini, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and salt to a food processor.
- Blend until smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
- Add water 1 tablespoon at a time if hummus is too thick. Blend again.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or spice to your liking.
- Transfer to a bowl and serve with apple slices, graham crackers, or pretzels.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
- For a thinner consistency, add more water or a splash of milk alternative.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or pumpkin seeds.
