- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers (about 30 crackers), crushed
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine the crushed Ritz crackers with the melted butter.
- Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the chicken mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken for a quicker prep.
- Add steamed broccoli or peas for extra vegetables.
- Use low-sodium cream of chicken soup if you prefer less salt.
