Description

A creamy chicken casserole topped with buttery Ritz crackers. Easy to make and perfect for weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers (about 30 crackers), crushed
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the crushed Ritz crackers with the melted butter.
  5. Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the chicken mixture.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
  7. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

  • You can use rotisserie chicken for a quicker prep.
