- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
Instructions
- Add broccoli, onion, garlic, and vegetable broth to the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 4 hours.
- Blend the soup with an immersion blender until smooth.
- Whisk flour into the cream.
- Stir the cream mixture and cheese into the soup.
- Cook on high for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
