Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Whisk flour, oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  4. Cream butter and brown sugar in a separate bowl.
  5. Beat in pumpkin puree, egg, and vanilla.
  6. Stir dry ingredients into wet mixture until combined.
  7. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes.
  9. Cool cookies on a wire rack.
  10. Whisk powdered sugar, maple syrup, and milk in a small bowl.
  11. Drizzle icing over cooled cookies.
