Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté onions until soft, about 5 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir in spinach, feta, and sautéed onions.
