This sweet and salty Chex mix is perfect for fall. It combines crunchy cereals with a simple glaze.
Ingredients

- 3 cups Corn Chex cereal
- 3 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 2 cups pretzels
- 1 cup peanuts
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
- In a large bowl, mix Chex cereals, pretzels, and peanuts.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add brown sugar and maple syrup. Stir until sugar dissolves.
- Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and salt.
- Pour glaze over cereal mixture. Toss to coat evenly.
- Spread mixture on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Let cool completely before serving.

- Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
