- 250ml warm milk

- 200g cranberry jam
- 50g streusel topping
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, yeast, milk, egg, butter, and salt in a bowl.
- Knead until smooth and elastic.
- Let dough rise for 1 hour.
- Roll dough into a rectangle.
- Spread cranberry jam evenly.
- Roll tightly and twist into a loaf.
- Place in a greased pan.
- Sprinkle streusel topping.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30-35 minutes.
- Cool before slicing.
