Description

A sweet, soft bread filled with cranberry jam and topped with streusel.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 500g all-purpose flour
  • 50g sugar
  • 10g instant yeast
  • 250ml warm milk
  • 1 egg
  • 60g butter, softened
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 200g cranberry jam
  • 50g streusel topping

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, yeast, milk, egg, butter, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Knead until smooth and elastic.
  3. Let dough rise for 1 hour.
  4. Roll dough into a rectangle.
  5. Spread cranberry jam evenly.
  6. Roll tightly and twist into a loaf.
  7. Place in a greased pan.
  8. Sprinkle streusel topping.
  9. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30-35 minutes.
  10. Cool before slicing.
