- 1 cup leftover cooked turkey, shredded
- 1/2 cup leftover cranberry sauce
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
Instructions
- Spread cranberry sauce evenly over two tortillas.
- Divide turkey and mozzarella cheese between the two tortillas.
- Top with the remaining tortillas to form two quesadillas.
- Butter the outside of each quesadilla.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook each quesadilla for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and cheese melts.
- Cut into wedges and serve warm.

- Add leftover stuffing for extra flavor.
