Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups cooked stuffing
- 1 cup shredded cooked turkey
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your waffle iron. Lightly grease it with nonstick spray.
- In a bowl, mix together the stuffing, turkey, eggs, and chicken broth until combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly onto the hot waffle iron. Cook until golden and crisp, about 4 to 5 minutes.
- While the waffles cook, make the cranberry sauce. In a small saucepan, combine cranberries, orange juice, and sugar. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Cook, stirring occasionally, until cranberries burst and sauce thickens, about 8 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
- Serve the waffles warm, topped with the cranberry sauce.
Notes
- Use leftover turkey and stuffing for best results.
- Adjust sweetness of cranberry sauce to your taste.
