Description

Waffles made with turkey and stuffing, topped with homemade cranberry sauce. A savory twist on a classic breakfast.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked stuffing
  • 1 cup shredded cooked turkey
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your waffle iron. Lightly grease it with nonstick spray.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the stuffing, turkey, eggs, and chicken broth until combined.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly onto the hot waffle iron. Cook until golden and crisp, about 4 to 5 minutes.
  4. While the waffles cook, make the cranberry sauce. In a small saucepan, combine cranberries, orange juice, and sugar. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  5. Cook, stirring occasionally, until cranberries burst and sauce thickens, about 8 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
  6. Serve the waffles warm, topped with the cranberry sauce.

Notes

  • Use leftover turkey and stuffing for best results.
  • Adjust sweetness of cranberry sauce to your taste.
