Description

- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Shape the mixture into a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- On a plate, mix pecans and parsley. Roll the cheese ball in the mixture until coated.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready. Let it sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute walnuts or almonds for pecans.
- Add a pinch of cayenne pepper for heat.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
