Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Rinse turkey and pat dry.
  3. Mix honey, mustard, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme in a bowl.
  4. Brush glaze over turkey, covering evenly.
  5. Roast turkey for 3-3.5 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
  6. Check internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  7. Let rest 20 minutes before carving.
