Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Rinse turkey and pat dry.
- Mix honey, mustard, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme in a bowl.
- Brush glaze over turkey, covering evenly.
- Roast turkey for 3-3.5 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
- Check internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let rest 20 minutes before carving.
